This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our terms regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations for all our digital services.

2. General Policy
Our services are custom and project-based, involving design, development, and digital work tailored specifically to each client.
As such, refunds are generally not applicable once work has commenced, due to the time, resources, and expertise involved in delivering the project.
By making a payment for any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
3. Cancellation of Services
You may request cancellation of your project or service under the following conditions:
Before Project Commencement:
If you cancel before the project kickoff (before we start design or development work), you may be eligible for a partial refund, after deducting administrative or consultation charges.After Project Has Started:
Once the design or development process has begun, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, as resources and time are already allocated to your project.Digital Marketing Campaigns:
For running ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), cancellations will not be possible once ads are active and budgets have been spent.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds may only be considered under special circumstances such as:
Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
Services not initiated within 15 working days of payment (and no communication from our team).
Cancellation before work begins, after deducting applicable charges (10%β20%).
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7β10 working days through the original payment method.
No refunds are provided for:
Change of mind after project initiation.
Delays caused by the client (missing content, approvals, etc.).
Third-party services such as hosting, domain purchase, plugins, or advertising credits.
5. Project Delivery Delays
We always aim to deliver projects within agreed timelines.
However, delays may occur due to:
Late submission of content or feedback from clients.
Changes in scope or additional requests mid-project.
Technical or third-party factors beyond our control.
Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
6. Changes or Modifications
Once a project scope is finalized and payment made, any additional features or revisions will be treated as a new task and billed separately.
No refund or adjustment will be provided for scope reduction after project commencement.
7. Subscription & Maintenance Plans
Maintenance or marketing retainers are billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
Cancellations of active subscriptions can be requested before the next billing cycle.
Partial or prorated refunds are not applicable for ongoing or completed subscription cycles.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are entitled to a refund or wish to raise a concern, please contact us at info@worktry.in.
We will review your request and respond within 3β5 business days.
We aim to resolve all disputes amicably through communication and mutual understanding.
9. Policy Updates
WorkTry reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
