WorkTry provides digital services including (but not limited to):

  • Website Design & Development

  • E-commerce & Custom Web Solutions

  • Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Hybrid)

  • Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Branding, Social Media Management)

  • Graphic Design, Branding, and Creative Content Solutions

We may modify or discontinue certain services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, contacting us, or making a payment for any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

4. Quotations & Payments

  • All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

  • Work commences only after an initial advance payment (usually 50%) is received.

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery or website launch.

  • Payments are accepted via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Online Payment Gateway.

  • Any additional features, design revisions, or marketing add-ons requested after agreement will be billed separately.

5. Project Timelines

We aim to complete all projects within the mutually agreed timeline.
However, delays may occur due to:

  • Late delivery of content, images, or approvals from the client.

  • Third-party dependencies (hosting, payment gateways, app stores).

  • Technical challenges or requested scope changes.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project completion, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project requirements, content, and materials.

  • Respond promptly to design previews, queries, and approvals.

  • Obtain proper rights for any content, images, or videos provided for use.

  • Maintain communication via approved channels (email, WhatsApp, or project portal).

7. Revisions & Support

  • Most design and development packages include 2–3 rounds of revisions.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Free maintenance is offered as per the plan — typically for 1 month after delivery.

  • Support beyond that period is available through a maintenance plan or hourly rate.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, all custom designs, code, and content created for the client become their property.

  • WorkTry reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • All third-party plugins, images, or software remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licenses.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
In special cases, partial refunds may be considered if the project is canceled before any design or development work begins.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive project data, business information, and communication shared during the course of the project.

11. Limitation of Liability

WorkTry is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits due to website or app downtime.

  • Damages caused by misuse, client-side errors, or third-party integrations.

  • Unauthorized access, hacking, or hosting-related issues beyond our control.

12. Third-Party Services

We may use or recommend third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, or marketing platforms.
WorkTry is not responsible for the functionality, downtime, or policies of these third-party services.

13. Modifications to Terms

WorkTry may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The updated version will always be available on this page, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
